How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp with your activity, the number of shareholders and the visas you want.

  2. Get a clear plan

We recommend the activity, legal structure and location, then send you a quote.

  3. We handle the paperwork

We prepare the documents, submit them and follow up with the authorities.

  4. Open for business

Once your licence is approved, we move on to visas, your bank application and an office.

What we do, and what others decide

Good advice starts with an honest picture.

We take care of

  • Choosing the right activity, structure and location
  • Preparing and checking your documents
  • Submitting applications and following up
  • Renewals and ongoing compliance

They decide

  • Banks approve or decline every account
  • Government authorities approve licences and visas
  • Government fees and timelines are set by those authorities

Cooperation, honesty, responsibility and transparency are how we work.

Common questions

Should I choose a free zone or the mainland?

A mainland company is licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism and can trade across the UAE. A free zone often suits international or online business. The right choice depends on your activity and customers, so we compare the options with you.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your activity, location, number of visas and office needs. Send us those details and we will give you a quote.

How long does it take?

That depends on the jurisdiction, your documents and the authorities involved. We tell you the stages up front and keep you updated throughout.

Do I need to be in the UAE?

We work with entrepreneurs and investors worldwide. Some steps may need you in person, such as visa stamping, Emirates ID or a bank meeting. Tell us where you are and we will plan around it.

Can you guarantee a bank account?

No, and nobody honestly can. Each bank makes its own decision. We help you choose a suitable bank and prepare your documents properly.

What documents do I need?

Usually passport and visa copies of shareholders and directors, plus a no-objection certificate if applicable. We send you an exact checklist for your case.

Do you help after setup?

Yes. We help with licence renewals, visas, VAT, audit and compliance after your company is running.
